Do you have kids and would like for them to try a class? We offer both CrossFit Kids & CrossFit Teen classes for ages 7 to 18 years. Single class options and memberships are available. Our Kids & Teen classes run every Thursday (430PM and 530PM) and Saturday (1030AM and 1130AM)



In teams of two, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 40 minutes of:
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
20 Air Squats

*Every 6 rounds (3 each teammate), teams must run 400 meters.
