If you have never done CrossFit before, you will need to complete our Fundamentals before joining. This consists of four 1-hour session where we’ll learn the technique and mechanics of the main movements involved. All sessions includes warm-up, a workout and warm down at the end. Attendance for all 4 sessions is mandatory to complete the fundamentals, after which you can attend any of our regular memberships. Exception to the Fundamentals applies only to our CrossFit Quick lunchtime classes.

Our CrossFit classes, 55+, Kids & Teens Classes all run for an hour. Our lunchtime CrossFit Quick classes runs for 45 minutes. With that in mind though, our classes consist of a warmup, a skill session, explanation, instruction and demonstration of the workout WOD (workout of the day) the WOD and finally, cool down. The actual workout duration varies every day.
Our class size is capped at 12 to ensure that every athlete is given attention by the coach and all movements and exercises can be performed safely and efficiently.
Yes. No walk-ins please. Since class size is limited, reservations are required for each class. Once you have created an online membership and completed Fundamentals, you may sign up for group classes. 3 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
No, sorry. You will need to complete our Fundamentals course before you can attend any of our classes (with the exception of our CrossFit Quick lunchtime classes)
We only allow drop ins and membership purchase without going through our Fundamentals if you have prior CrossFit experience from another affiliate. In this case, kindly send us the name of your affiliate and an email referral from your coach.

Our CrossFit Quick classes are 45 minute sessions of short, high intensity workouts. There are no Olympic Lifts taught in this class and the movements are less technical. Workouts will utilise bodyweight movements such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats and pull-ups; weightlifting movements using kettlebells, medicine balls and dumbbells as well as sprinting in the form of running, rowing and/or jumping rope.
These sessions are for those of us who find it tough to allocate time for workouts before and after office hours but have that small window to workout during lunch. The fundamentals is not required to join our Quick classes.

Definitely. We work with individuals up to four for personal training. It could be a personal preference, a specific goal/objective or you just can’t make the timings of our regular classes. If you’re interested in personal training, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to work with you.
