We welcome everyone to join our community, feel free to come on over to the gym or give us a call and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.


If you have never done CrossFit before, we will need you to complete our Fundamentals Course before coming to a class.

The aim of the Fundamentals Course is to familiarise you with techniques and movement standards for the main movements practiced. During this course we will teach you how to move safely, consistently.


The Fundamentals consist of 4 one-on-one sessions and there are no ‘set dates’ for this course. Classes are arranged based on both parties’ availability.

The sessions will cover The Squat Series – air squat, front squat and overhead squat, The Press Series – shoulder press, push press and push jerk and The Pulling Series – deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull and medicine ball clean. We will also cover an introduction to Olympic lifting. Each session includes a workout at the end and all teachings are done with PVC pipe – no load.

Once you have completed our Fundamentals, you can sign up as a member and start joining our CrossFit Group classes.
