Visiting CrossFitter / Drop-ins
We love meeting travelling CrossFit-ers from all around the world!
To do a drop in, please check our class schedule here and email us prior to coming in for a class.
Please be sure to include the following information:
– Your preferred drop in date/time based on our schedule
– How long you have been doing CrossFit
– The name of your CrossFit affiliate
– Have you completed a Foundational, Basics, or OnRamp program when you first started, and are you comfortable with the Olympic Lifts
– A referral email from your CrossFit coach verifying your CrossFit experience
Please note the above information is mandatory, and we will not entertain any drop in requests without the required information.
